Private Tour: Rome Imperial Forums
Duration: approximately 3 hours
Language: English, Italian, or your preferred language
Starting Time: from 8:30 am, at your preferred time. During the winter season, the latest available starting time is 1:00 pm; from spring onwards, tours may start as late as 3:00 pm.
The price includes: a 3-hour private guided tour, reserved entry tickets to the Roma Forums, headsets for groups of more than 10 participants, ensuring everyone can comfortably follow the guide’s commentary.
The price does not include: admission to the Colosseum. During the tour, your guide will explain the history and significance of the monument, which will be visited from the outside only. The guided tour also does not include a visit inside the Palatine Museum.
Once the guided tour has concluded, participants may use the same admission ticket to visit Palatine Hill and the Palatine Museum, located approximately a 10-minute walk from the Roman Forum, independently and without the guide.
Children up to 5 years of age may participate free of charge.

This is a walking tour, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and suitable walking shoes.
In case of rain, please bring appropriate waterproof clothing or an umbrella.
Please note that some paths within the archaeological areas are uneven and unpaved, so comfortable footwear is strongly recommended. This tour is not suitable for visitors with reduced mobility.
Private Rome Imperial Forums Tour Itinerary
This private guided tour lasts approximately 3 hours. The itinerary can be customized to accommodate special requests and personal interests.
Walking along Via dei Fori Imperiali, visitors will enjoy spectacular views over the Colosseum Archaeological Park, including the Colosseum, which will be admired and explained from the outside.
Your private guide will introduce you to the area’s most important monuments, beginning with the Colosseum and the Arch of Constantine, before leading you to the main entrance of the Roman Forum.
As you explore the remarkable ruins of this vast archaeological site, your guide will bring Ancient Rome back to life, stopping at the Forum’s most significant landmarks, including the Arch of Titus. The tour then continues through two of the city’s most important imperial forums: the Forum of Caesar and the Forum of Trajan.
Adjacent to Trajan’s Forum lies the impressive Trajan’s Markets complex, which will be viewed from the outside. Here you will also admire the magnificent Trajan’s Column, one of the greatest masterpieces of Roman art and engineering, while your guide explains the remarkable story carved into its spiral reliefs.
