Your visit will also take you through some of the Vatican’s most celebrated galleries, including the Gallery of the Candelabra, the Gallery of Tapestries, and the world-famous Gallery of Maps. Other highlights include the Sobieski Room, the Room of the Immaculate Conception, the magnificent Raphael Rooms, commissioned by Popes Julius II and Leo X and the incomparable Sistine Chapel, named after Pope Sixtus IV, who commissioned its construction.

The museum complex also includes the Borgia Apartments, the Vatican Pinacoteca (Picture Gallery), and the extraordinary Vatican Apostolic Library, making every visit an unforgettable journey through more than two thousand years of art, history, and culture.
