If you need to make changes to an already confirmed booking, please contact our offices by email a tinfo@ticketsrome.com or by phone +39 05525321180.
Requests of changes must always be communicated in writing by email. Visitors must always print out the modified voucher and show the print-out at the ticket office on the day of the tour.

DATE CHANGE RULES FOR MUSEUMS

ENTRANCE TO THE VATICAN MUSEUMS, VATICAN GARDENS AND PONTIFICAL RESIDENCES OF CASTEL GANDOLFO
Reservations for the Vatican Museums are not refundable under any circumstances. Furthermore, it is not possible to modify the reservation in any way, nor the date, nor the time, nor the type of ticket, nor the name of the visitor. Please therefore pay maximum attention when booking.

For the Galleria Borghese, Castel Sant'Angelo, Palazzo Barberini, the Galleria Spada, and Villa Giulia Etruscan Museum, the date and time of booking may be changed up to 7 working days prior to the booked date by paying a €2.50 fee per ticket. After that point, the voucher may no longer be changed.


NOTE: After booking, entrances to the National Roman Museum, the Baths of Caracalla, Villa Adriana, Colosseum, Colosseum + Audioguide, Scuderie del Quirinale, Capitoline Museums, Ara Pacis, Trajan Markets, Complesso del Vittoriano, and the Cloister of Bramante, may not be changed, canceled, or refunded for any reason.

NOTE: For the following guided tours: Colosseum under the Moon, Colosseum with the Third Tier, Colosseum with Belvedere, Moon on the Roman Forum, Baths of Caracalla at Night and Domus Aurea no changes may be made or refunds given after booking.

CANCELLATIONS

Changes must always be communicated in writing by email or fax to receive a partial refund when allowed by the cancellation policy as stated below. For the purposes of calculating the cancellation fee, we will use the date of receipt of the client's cancellation request. For these purposes, requests for cancellation received by telephone, without anything in writing, will not be considered valid.
The cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service purchased.

CANCELLATION POLICY for MUSEUMS ENTRANCE TICKETS
Tickets for the Vatican Museums, the Pontifical Villas of Castel Gandolfo, and the Vatican Gardens may not be refunded in any circumstances, even partially.
SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS: after booking, entrances to the National Roman Museum, Baths of Caracalla, Villa Adriana, Colosseum, Colosseum + Audioguide, Scuderie del Quirinale, Capitoline Museums, Ara Pacis, Trajan Markets, Complesso del Vittoriano, and the Cloister of Bramante, may not be changed, canceled, or refunded for any reason.

For all other museums not listed above, the following cancellation policy is applied.
From booking to 5 working days before the day of the tour, the cancellation fee is € 8.00 per ticket. From 4 working days or fewer before the day of the tour and for no-shows, the cancellation fee is 100% of the amount paid, i.e. there is no right to a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY – PRIVATE GUIDED TOURS
From booking to four working days before the tour date, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total price of the tour. For cancellations communicated to Italy Travels 3 or fewer working days prior to the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty applied is the full amount of the tour (100% of the total price), i.e. there is no right to any refund. This cancellation policy will be applied proportionally for partial cancellations for groups based on the number of participants in a tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY — GUIDED GROUP TOURS
From booking to 5 working days before the day of the tour, the cancellation fee is 40% of the total price of the tour. For cancellations communicated to Italy Travels 4 or fewer working days prior to the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is the full amount of the tour (100% of the total price), i.e. there is no right to any refund.
NOTE: For the following guided tours: Colosseum under the Moon, Colosseum with the Third Tier, Colosseum with Belverdere, Moon on the Roman Forum, Baths of Caracalla at Night and Domus Aurea no changes may be made and no refunds will be given after booking for cancellations, no-shows, or visitors unable to take the tour for whatever reason.
