Booking instructions: once you have placed your order online, you will receive, at the same time as sending, a copy of the summary of the booking. If the order is correctly paid, compatible with the processing times, you will then receive a second email containing the confirmation voucher and the link to download the pdf guide. The voucher must not be printed but presented on digital support (tablet or smartphone).
Cancellation policy for the Colosseum tour
This reservation, once made and confirmed, cannot be changed or canceled in any way. Visitors who arrive later than the time shown on the voucher or who do not show up will not be able to access the site and will not receive any refund, even partial. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed (neither the time nor the date). For this reason it is recommended to pay the utmost attention when booking online, in choosing the date, time and type of tickets.

Reductions
Reduced admission: eu citizens 18-24 years old
Free admission: visitors under 18
Children: free up to 1 year old.
Visitors who have booked an entrance benefiting from one of the aforementioned reductions not being entitled to it or who are not in possession of the necessary documentation to confirm belonging to the categories that are entitled to the reduction, will not be able to access the tour with the purchased entrance ticket and will not be able to request a refund.
Meeting point: all the information to access the monument and the meeting point with the guda will be highlighted on the voucher.
USEFUL INFO
Inside the sites, it is not possible to bring backpacks, suitcases or large bags. Animals are not allowed.
The ticket allows access to each site only once.
The time indicated in the booking is valid for the Colosseum.
It is necessary to undergo security checks at metal detectors. The waiting times necessary for these mandatory procedures cannot be avoided.
Do not forget to bring a valid identity document or passport (one per person).
